Payment & Shipping

After placing an order, you can pay through the following:

• Bank Transfer. Kindly upload the receipt as proof of payment.
• DuitNow for Instant Transfer & E-Wallet (such as Touch n' Go, ShopeePay, GrabPay etc). Kindly upload the receipt as proof of payment.
• FPX Online Banking.
• Visa / Mastercard.

Once you've made the payment, your order will be processed at the end of the day and arranged for courier pickup on the next working day (excluding Saturday, Sunday, and public holidays).

You'll receive an SMS notification with your tracking number and a link. Please wait patiently for your abang as he may have a lot of parcels to deliver too  

Important Shipping Info:

• For West Malaysia, it's RM8. Free shipping for RM90 and above.
• For East Malaysia, it's RM25. Free shipping for RM250 and above.
• For Singapore, it's RM50 (flat rate) per order.
• We use DHL for most of our parcel deliveries except East Malaysia and Singapore.
• Deliveries take 1-3 working days for West Malaysia and 5-14 working days for East Malaysia. But it may vary due to the high volume of parcels and lack of manpower these days.
